Girls Past RESULTS

Started in 1955, the Ballarat Asscociated Schools Comp has seen some great Hockey players represent their school. Junior Girls Hockey was initially played as a part of the Hockey Ballarat Competition on a Saturday morning. In 2010 a midweek BAS Junior Girls competition commenced that allowed schools to play under the BAS sport program,

Started in 1996, the Ballarat Asscociated Schools Competition has seen a great standard Girls Football played, and more recently our Premier school represent the Association at the newly formed Senior Girls Herald Sun Shield Competition. In 2007 a Junior Girls competition was established. Since 2018 our Junior Girls Premier has had the opportunity to progress to the newly established AFL HSS Intermediate Competition.

BAS Girls Soccer started in 1999 followed by a junior competition commencing in 2002.

BAS Senior Girls Cricket commenced in 1983, followed by Junior Girls in 1996

Netball or formally 'Basketball' has a long and strong history throughout BSSA and BAS. The competition can boast both state and national representatives over the years and is always a highlight of the Girls Sporting Calendar

BAS can boast names like Alison Cook (Tranquili) LC and Gina Stevens BCC, who have represented Australia with the Opals as past players in the Girls Basketball Competitions. The girls play for the Dawn Jose Shield in the Junior A Competition and the Chris Cook Shield in the Senior A Competition
